Public beta privacy notice
This notice explains the beta tracker and public feedback form. It is informational and is not legal advice.
Account and tracking information
Signed-in users may store user-entered peptide plans, supplement schedules, completed or skipped occurrences, injection details, reactions, notes, preferences, and migration status. This information is private to the authenticated account under database Row Level Security. A user-scoped browser cache, draft store, and offline queue may remain on the device to support refresh and temporary connectivity loss.
Cloud synchronization
Supabase is the durable source of truth after migration. Sync records include account ownership, stable client IDs, update times, and version numbers used to detect competing edits. Reta does not silently use one device's plan edit to rewrite a historical event from another device.
Analytics
Beta analytics are limited to low-sensitivity product activity such as page views and generic feature use. Peptide or medication names, amounts, injection details, reactions, supplement logs, health notes, concentration details, and vial information must not be sent as analytics properties.
Information collected
The suggestion form stores the type, title, description, optional email address, optional source link, submission time, and review status. A salted one-way hash derived from the network address available to our hosting provider is stored separately for abuse prevention; the raw address is not stored in the suggestion database.
How it is used and reviewed
Submissions are used to evaluate library additions, corrections, features, and general feedback. Only authorized Reta operators with access to the private Supabase project should review them. Suggestion records are not available through a public read route.
Sensitive and emergency information
Do not submit medical records, diagnoses, account credentials, emergency information, or other sensitive personal health details. Reta does not provide emergency or medical services. For urgent medical help, contact local emergency services or a qualified clinician.
Retention and deletion
Suggestions are retained while they are reasonably needed for review, product planning, security, and recordkeeping, then may be archived or deleted through periodic manual review. To request deletion, use the feedback form and identify the submission without adding new sensitive details.
Tracking export and deletion
Signed-in users can export their account-scoped tracker as JSON and can delete cloud tracking records from Settings. Deleting tracker data does not itself close the authentication account. Contact support or use the feedback form for an account-access or identity deletion request.
